Move doc and screencasts from SVN to linshare website

Description

To avoid wasting a lot of space and getting a lighter embedded LinShare application, documentation have to be moved to LinShare website.

Sorry but I don't agree with the way this has been done.

I think a better way to do it is :
- to create a zone with the same look'n feel on linpki.org. So it will not be hosted by the wiki, but by a direct HTML page
- to put links to video, screen casts and resources directly inside the application onto linpki.org

There is no need for properties with the documentation URL.
