Disable the upload button when files are sending to the server

Description
When a user upload a files, the upload button is still available. Because there is no message, this user could clic again on this upload button. That makes a file uploaded twice for example, which is not what the user wants.
The idea is to prevent users to clic on the upload button when files are sending to the server.
