LinShare presentation¶

LinShare is one the major component of the LinPKI security suite. It enables file sharing between colleagues and partners with strong authentication.

Dedicated to secure electronic exchanges for companies which are aware of confidentiality and tracibility. LinShare interface includes latest user friendly enhancements to make its use simple and available to everyone.

LinShare main features are :

• Registered collaborators files sharing ;
• Collaborators to partners file sharing ;
• Partners to collaborators file sharing ;
• Upload, update and delete of online files ;
• Upon specific authorization, a partner may also create new partner accounts ;
• Complete actions traces (upload, download, updates, shares, accounts creation, ...) ;
• Email notification for collaborators and partners (access URL, newly created account, ...) ;
• Ajout d'un message/note pour la notification à une personne externe ou un abonné ;
• Signing and encrypting by public/private key or password (a/symmetric encryption);
• Document signing (PDF inside, extended Xades format) and signature checks.

Test Linshare¶

You can access the demonstration of LinShare in english on the development version (0.7.2).

You must use the following login "user1@linpki.org" and password "password1". Take care not to share confidential or incorrect content because demonstration account is unique and public !
